Identification
Finding profiles that match your brief: position, age, level, league, preferred foot, style of play, contract situation and budget.
Talent identification. Smarter recruitment. Data-driven decisions.
Your outsourced recruitment department. You set out a need for your transfer window — I search, I analyse, and I recommend the players who fit your club.
The need is clear and the budget is set. What remains is finding the player — the one who genuinely fits the project, not just the gap in the squad chart.
The window is short. Every day spent sifting through profiles at random is a day lost on the negotiation and on settling the player in.
Few clubs can afford a full-time scouting department. That is precisely the role I step into, without adding a fixed cost to the club.
Every search starts from the club's real need and ends with a reasoned recommendation — not with a list of names.
Finding profiles that match your brief: position, age, level, league, preferred foot, style of play, contract situation and budget.
A technical, tactical and physical read of every shortlisted player, cross-checked against their statistics and their likely fit with your league.
A ranked shortlist, with an estimated salary, an estimated transfer cost and an honest read of how hard each deal would actually be.
A method in four stages, from the first conversation to the moment your club approaches the player.
You describe the position, the profile, the budget and the deadline. We frame the brief together.
I cross-reference the database, the analysis tools and the on-the-ground network to identify matching profiles.
Every shortlisted player is analysed in depth: play, statistics, contract, cost and fit with your squad.
You receive a ranked, compared and reasoned shortlist. You decide, you negotiate, you sign.
Every player watched, analysed or flagged by the network feeds a structured database. It is what makes it possible to answer quickly and precisely when a club sets out a need.
Every recommended profile comes with a complete report. This is its structure — the real data goes to the club, and is never published.
Three monthly packages to work over the long run, or a one-off assignment on a specific transfer window.
To try the approach on a first search.
For clubs that recruit several times a season.
A recruitment department at your disposal all year.
A complete assignment over one transfer window.
Full details of each package are on the pricing page. Everything is agreed in conversation: no payment and no commitment is made through this site.
No player report is publicly viewable on this site. Profiles are sent directly to the club, confidentially, as part of a subscription or a transfer-window assignment. That discretion protects your recruitment strategy as much as it protects the player being scouted.
Usually 7 to 14 days between sign-off on the brief and delivery of the shortlist, depending on the position and the number of leagues to cover. During a transfer window, an urgent search can be handled faster.
The player profile, position and characteristics, strengths and weaknesses, technical and tactical analysis, statistics, current level and potential, fit with the club's style of play, contract situation, estimated salary and transfer cost, how difficult the deal would be, a reasoned recommendation, and a comparison with similar profiles.
No. Profiles are not published online. They are sent directly to the club, confidentially, as part of a subscription or a transfer-window assignment. That confidentiality protects both the club's recruitment strategy and the player being scouted.
The core coverage is Belgium and the neighbouring leagues (France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg), from the upper amateur level to professional football. An international network allows the search to be widened when a club needs it.
An agent represents a player and defends their interests in negotiations. As an outsourced recruitment department I work for the club : I search, analyse and recommend profiles without representing players. The club keeps full control of the negotiation and of the contact with the player.
Position, profile, budget, deadline: a few minutes are enough to start a search. I come back to you to frame the assignment.
