Your personal data

This site has three forms. Here is exactly what they collect, why, how long the information is kept and how to ask for it to be deleted.

Who processes your data

The data controller is Dany Kabangu, football recruitment consultant, reachable at danykabangu4@gmail.com. There is no team in between : requests are handled personally.

What is collected, and why

Recruitment request ("Request a player")

Club name, country, league, the contact's name and role, work email, phone, and the search criteria you provide (position, age, budgets, target leagues, additional information).

  • Purpose : to analyse your recruitment need, get back to you and carry out the search.
  • Legal basis : performance of a pre-contractual or contractual relationship, at your initiative.

Contact form

Name, email, phone, whether you are a club, a player or other, subject and message.

  • Purpose : to reply to your message.
  • Legal basis : your consent, given by sending the form.

Player application

Name, email, phone, date of birth, position, current club, level, and the documents you choose to send by email (sporting CV, videos).

  • Purpose : to review your profile and, where relevant, support you towards a sporting or academic opportunity.
  • Legal basis : your consent.

Applicants under 16

The players section is aimed in part at young players. If you are under 16, do not fill in the form without the agreement of a parent or legal guardian, and preferably do it together with them. An application clearly submitted by a minor without parental agreement is not acted upon : it is deleted, and agreement is requested before the file is reviewed. A parent or guardian can ask for their child's file to be deleted at any time by email.

Who else has access

Data is never sold, rented, or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

  • Netlify hosts the site and receives form submissions. Data may be processed outside the European Union, under the contractual safeguards provided by that supplier.
  • Google Fonts and Unsplash provide the fonts and some images. Simply loading a page sends your IP address to those services, without creating an account or an advertising profile.
  • As part of a recruitment assignment, a player's profile may be sent to a club — and a club's need is never disclosed to a third party without written agreement.

How long

  • Recruitment requests : for the duration of the business relationship, then 3 years after the last contact.
  • Contact messages : 1 year after the last contact, if nothing came of them.
  • Player applications : 2 years, so that you can be contacted again if an opportunity matches your profile. You can request deletion at any time.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tracking. That is why you see no consent banner : there is nothing to consent to.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction, its deletion, restriction of its processing, its portability, and you can object to its processing. You can also withdraw your consent at any time.

If that reply does not satisfy you, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — dataprotectionauthority.be).
