Every player watched on the ground, analysed on video or flagged by the network feeds a structured database. It is what makes it possible to answer quickly and precisely when a club sets out a need.

Profiles are not published on this site

You will not find a single browsable player report here. This page describes what the database holds and how it is queried — the profiles themselves are sent directly to the club, confidentially, as part of a subscription or a transfer-window assignment. That discretion protects your recruitment strategy as much as it protects the player being scouted.

What the database covers

A database built to answer a club's question, not to accumulate names.

Every position

From goalkeeper to centre forward : GK, CB, full-backs, holding midfielder, box-to-box, playmaker, wingers, striker — with the role each player actually occupies in his club's system.

Belgium & neighbouring leagues

The core coverage : Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, from the upper amateur level to professional football. An international network allows the scope to be widened on request.

Every age bracket

From players finishing their academy years to experienced professionals, with particular attention paid to U23s with strong development and resale potential.

Contract situation

Contract expiry, players in their final year, free agents, possible loans : a player's genuine availability is tracked, not only his level.

Estimated cost

A transfer fee range and a salary range for every profile, so that no player beyond the club's reach is ever put forward.

Under-the-radar players

Profiles the usual channels never surface : strong players in lower divisions, players out of contract, talents poorly exposed at their current club.

18 criteria, cross-referenced

A good centre-back is not a good centre-back for everyone. It is the combination of these criteria — not any single one — that surfaces the player who fits your position, your budget and your way of playing.

Player report

A report that answers one question: do we go for him or not?

Every report follows the same template, so that two players are always comparable. Here is what each block tells you — the real values are reserved for the club receiving it.

Player profile

Template — no real data shown
Identity
Name, age, nationality, current club, height, preferred foot. The file's ID card, in one line.
Position & role
Not just his position on the team sheet : the role he actually plays in his club's system. A "central midfielder" can be a pure destroyer or a box-to-box runner — those are not the same player.
Technical profile
First touch, quality and risk-taking in his passing, dribbling, weak foot, aerial game. What he can do with the ball, and how quickly he executes.
Tactical profile
Scanning, positioning, timing of runs, reaction to losing the ball, positional discipline. This is the block that tells you whether he can play in your system without being retaught from scratch.
Physical profile
Speed, endurance, power, duel resistance, ability to repeat efforts. In other words : will he cope with the intensity of your league?
Strengths
Three to five areas where he is immediately above the level, and which your staff can build on from the first sessions.
Weaknesses
What still needs work, stated plainly — and above all what that means in practice : a flaw you can coach out does not carry the same weight as a structural limitation.
Statistics
Output and volume, always set against the position and the level of the league. Twelve goals in the third tier and twelve goals in the top flight do not tell the same story.
Contract situation
Expiry, room for manoeuvre, genuine availability. This is what separates a player who interests you from a player you can actually sign.
Estimated transfer cost
A realistic fee range, or a note that he is available on a free transfer. No profile beyond your budget is ever put forward.
Estimated salary
What it will take each month to convince him, given the market and his current level. The real sticking point on most deals.
Market value
Current value and likely trajectory : will he be worth more or less in two years?
Potential
Where he stands today, how far he can reasonably climb, and what he could return on a resale. A signing can be a sporting reinforcement, a financial asset, or both.
Scouting rating
An overall assessment of the player in the abstract, independent of any receiving club — the benchmark that lets two profiles be compared.
Recruitment verdict
The only part that takes a position. Why this player, for your club, now — or why you should walk away. It is rewritten for each club : the same player can be obvious for one and a mistake for another.
